halloumi

produced in traditional rural Cypriot heartlands, this semi-hard cheese, with its distinctive taste, is made from pure, fresh, wholesome ingredients, the main ones being, sheep and goats milk. Halloumi may also be produced with or without cow’s milk.

ricotta

Ricotta is a soft, white creamy cheese made from the whey leftovers during the production of Halloumi or Cyprus Cheese. It has a slightly sweet or lightly salted flavor and a smooth texture. Ricotta is commonly used in both savory and sweet dishes. It's a versatile cheese that can be enjoyed fresh or cooked, adding richness and depth to various recipes.
